Opportunities for professional, collegiate, post graduate actors, technicians, designers, and directors to use their skills in a fast-paced summer production environment.
Theatre West operates during an 9-week season each summer beginning in late May and ending in late July. Seasonal employees include designers, directors, crew, stage and company management, actor-techs, and actors.
Summer Season Staff and Company Actors are hired during the first four months of each calendar year. Applications are accepted from professional, collegiate, post graduate, or other qualified experienced personnel. Resumes’s and/or video auditions can be received by mail or email. All positions include housing during the term of employment.
All actor auditions must include a monologue video audition. Musical theatre actors must also include a video audition of their song of choice. Applications must include performance experience and references.
Technician and Management applications must include work experience and references.
Theatre West Summer Repertory provides opportunity to professional, collegiate, post graduate actors, technicians, designers, and directors to use their skills in a fast-paced summer production environment. It allows Company Members responsibility and independence with supervision in their roles or positions during the season. Our organization requires previous training and experience from Company members with skills that help them learn and thrive in this environment
